Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
C.I.S
We just responded to the Plaintiffs answering certification and in there she states she does not live at the address that's on her tax returns but at the address she has listed on her CIS, but in her CIS she claims her mortgage and gas/electric, etc., for the address she does not live in. Can this be ok?

No, it is NOT ok.
You really need to get a lawyer to look at this for you and give you some guidance. What it MEANS and what you can do about it would take a careful look from an attorney who knows this area of law, divorce and family law.

I have to disagree with Mr. Davies. I'm not sure that any of this really matters. It will really depend on the issues of your case. You should really discuss this with your attorney.
