Your house is your house. Unless there is a court order such as a no contact order, TRO, FRO or whatever, you can go there. However, I suggest you consult with an attorney to determine whether or not you should just get divorced.

Too many people have a fear of getting divorced even though the couple knows that the marriage is over. Staying seperated like this really harms your rights and can lead to big problems in the future. Thus, I suggest you meet with an attorney ASAP.

So long as there is no court order require you to go to your house only when your wife is there you can go there while she is not there and remove YOUR personal possession.

The problem is that she will probably return home while you are still getting your things and there will be a problem which you should avoid.GET YOUR STUFF AND GET OUT.

One thing I forgot, I suggest you not only have a witness but also video tape the whole thing.
