Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
collecting property/child visitation
My sister and her fiance had an argument they both reached for the phone, she scratched him on the neck with her ring and was arrested. He has tempory custody of their daughter. She filed a motion to get her furniture and other things, but the judge said she could not look at my sisters list of itemized things because it wasn't on the motion paper. My sister had everything itemized and notorized and with families signatures.Judge to told her to file again. What can she do?Her boyfriend said in court that mostly everything was givin to both. As far as visitation goes the fiance tells my sister what she can and cannot do with her daughter when she has visitation,he said if my sister lets daughter visit alone with her cousins and their father that she will not get visitation again until they go to court. We just found out they he may move and not tell my sister where. What can she do about his threats?

She should really get an attorney to handle all of her matters. Restraining orders are very serious matters.
