Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

What Should I do - College Fund

In 2002 I received custodial care and joint custody of my son who is graduating high school. I never asked for support, nor to I claim him on my taxes. I will be paying for his college in full 23k per year and asked to claim moving forward his mother will not be making any contribution. She is unreliable and I don't want to make any financial arrangement to jeopardize his education. How can I get this resolve to write off some of the interest expense. We were never married, and my son has lived with me and solely financially supported by me. Help

I think you need a CPA, not an attorney. I'd be happy to refer a great one to you.
