college tuition
Our daughter was offered several full ride scholarships for in state colleges. However she chose to go to an out state of college who offered no scholarship. Now her mother wants me to pay her tuition am I obligated to pay even though she refused a full ride.

Although I don't think you should have to pay, there is no clear cut answer either way. She can and most likely will take you to court. You need a good lawyer to fight for you to say that you should not have to pay. Should be an interesting case.

You need a New Jersey divorce attorney to fight for you. You should get some advice now, and be ready for a really nasty court fight.

I believe that you have a right to object to your daughter making a college choice without consulting you.
She is required to use all available scholarships, grants and aid before you
become obligated to pay.
