can a person divorce their comatose spouse?

I do not believe that there is anything stopping one from doing so. However, a Guardian would have to be appointed to represent the comatose spouse's interests in the divorce and to accept service of the Complaint. I certainly think that a full consultation with an attorney is in order first. There are many issues to consider before taking such action.
