Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
I have completed all my forms and my spouse has signed the Martial Property agreement and Consent Waiver. My nest step is
the file the complaint and get a docket #. My question is, do I go to court house and file, and have them assign and stamp,
or mail in original and 2 copies and await a copy back so I can officially serve. I know I must pay the fee so that is not
part of the question, Thank you

Depending on the county (for purposes f this answer I am assuming Morris county) you can go to the filing office and file the complaint with the fee and serve it on your spouse.
