Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

to whom it may concern,

i have a question about changing back to my maiden name, i was seperated from my husband and he passed away. the dmv has told me i still have to go to the courts to drop his hyphenated last name.i have no idea where to begin, to do this. i live in camden county nj. thanks
