Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Consent and Order to relocate

Is there a standard form out there? Before going through with hiring an attorney I would like to attempt this on my own. I have searched the internet but do not see anthing at all like what I am looking for. I am the custodial parent looking to relocate.

Re: Consent and Order to relocate

What exactly are you doing here? Is the other parent going to consent or not? Your question is rather vague.

Re: Consent and Order to relocate

Consent orders are ususally drawn using specific language embodying the

intent of the parties. You need the service of an attorney to draw up a consent order. It would not cost what it would cost to file a motion on your behalf.

Call me if you like.

Re: Consent and Order to relocate

Generalized, pre-printed forms are always trouble. They arte often not state specific and do not take into account the complex nature of the request to relocate, especially if the other side is going to oppose.

Having said that, I can offer my services at a reasonable price. I practice in Southern New Jersey.
