Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

contracts

I wanted to know if a contract can be written stating that I have no financial responsiblities for my fiance's children. If so, how do I go about getting a contract done and will it be admissable in court if needed ?

Re: contracts

First, you don't have any. They are not your children. You don't owe then any support or anything. Second, it sounds like you want a prenup, I suggest you speak to an attorney to draft one for you.
