Re: control of my home is my absence

You can create a power of attorney?

Are you just going out of town for a while, or to a hospital?

What is the reason for the document?

A Power of Attorney would allow the person control over the residence. You can allow them complete control or more limited control depending on your needs and desires.

An attorney can explain your options.
