I need the correct paperwork to file a Motion in the Superior Court of NJ - Chancery Division. Divorced in 2/08, assets still have not been split and he's dragging his feet.

You get the motion form by going on the internet and going to the official website of the New Jersey Superior and Supreme Court. There forms on the site which are approved by the Court.
