co-sign for son loan

i co-signed for my son , now he will not pay his loan he won,t even speek to me what can i do .i can not afford to pay the loan anymore . i am collecting ssi for a disabilty. severe depression

Re: co-sign for son loan

You will have to make payments and bring a civil suit against your son for the money.

However if your son doesn't have the money to pay the loan then you may be stuck with the payments.
