A couple is getting divorce and one party is willing to sign over owership of their house to the other , when should this be done? Thank you.

It should be done as soon as both the husband and the wife have agreed to a complete deal which takes care of all issues in the divorce. You do not want to give away ownership of the house and then find out you are not getting cooperation from the other person on solving the other issues.

You need a good divorce attorney, and it sounds like you do not have one.
