Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
If a couple separate and the wife asks the husband to move out, does the husband have to pay all of the wifes bills (rent, electric etc.) in full, as well as his own?

The simple answer is no. You might want to meet with an attorney beforehand and understand your options. Call my office to set up an appointment.
The husband does not have to pay the bills just because the wife wants him to. This is a complicated question: how to pay the bills after a family breaks up. You need to sit down with a divorce attorney, and go over your situation, and get some advice.
You have not said whether there are children or not, and you have not given any information about your situation.
Get a lawyer. And do it before you move out, or take any action.
Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and let's get moving on this for you. No charge for the telephone call and no charge for the first office visit.

Please keep in mind that my response is just a general comment on your question, and not legal advice. Your question and any response does NOT create an attorney-client relationship between you and this law firm. The exact details of your situation and things that you have not mentioned in your question can completely change the response I gave. You can not rely upon what I have written, because I do not have all of the information that I need to advise you, I only have the very small amount of information that you put into your question. To get legal advice that you can rely on and use, please contact me directly. I would be happy to assist you.
The answer is probably "No.", but you should consult with an attorney to be certain as to how to proceed.
