Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

We went to court on August 17, 2009 against my husband's ex-wife who continued accepting child support checks for their son even though who joined the airforce. The judge ruled that the ex-wife must pay $163.00 a week for 33 weeks in the court order. However, as of today, we have not seen a dime. How long should we wait till we get in touch with our lawyer to take action against her for not paying us. Also, what are the chances that we can get the weekly sum from her paycheck through probation.

Thank you.

Nancy
