Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have court date on 9/16 for 2C:12-1A charges, but now me and my wife has resolved the issue and want to rollback the charges, so what should we do for the same?

You should get an attorney as it is sometimes very, very difficult to get these charges dismissed. Most people are in this exact situation and the police and courts hate dealing with the entire process just to have the case be dropped in the end. They feel that it wastes a lot of resources and time. As a result, they can make it difficult to drop the case. Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.
