Can the court issue a warrant for arrest if I fail to pay my alimony

Under certain circumstances, it can. A warrant issued in a Family Part matter is usually issued

because a party to an action has flagrantly disobeyed a court order. If this shoe fits you, put it on because you may be going to jail.
