Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Need court order for my birth certificate

I am eighteen years old and do not have any contact with either of my parents since they threw me out of their house. I've never had a driver's license and somehow, my mother got me a social security card under a different last name than the one on my birth certificate. I need a certified copy of my birth certificate so that I can get a driver's license, correct the social security number issue and move on with my life. Because I have no ID, NJ Vital Statistics says I need a court order. How can I go about obtaining that and can I get it in Florida because that's where I live?
