Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

court order execution

The judge ordered my daughter home from dyfs immediately,five weeks later the bonding evaluator claimed she does not think i am ready with things like furniture and she does not think i have an apartment,inspite of the case workers confirmation and decision to reunite,my question is can i enforce some kind of disciplinary action against the defending party,the judge or whoever,i am very angry
