Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

If it is specified in a court order that a person needs to pay for their child's school tuition ( and they are able to financially), is it necessary for that person to pay that tuition or is there some way for the person to avoid paying it? Additionally, if that person does not pay for their child's tuition, what kind of repercussions will that have on the person?

If the Court ordered the person to pay the school tuition, then the person must do it.

If the person does not, then the other parent can file a motion asking the Court to force the person to pay.

The person's money might be seized to pay it. The person might be put in jail.
