credit for second family
A mediator is suggesting that my ex has the right to seek a credit for his second family, which would reduce his obligation for child support. Is this true?

The computation of child support under the guidelines includes information about other child support obligations. The computer program which is used to compute the child support obligation gives some credit for other children beint supported.
