Can the cust. parent file for visitation?

Can the mother of my child put me up for vistation? We have never been married, and she has filed a motion. I currrently pay child support. I have a court hearing in two weeks.

I am not certain of the meaning of your question. Are you asking whether

the custodial parent can compel you to visit your child?

Call me if you like.
