custody

an agreement has been in place, father has custody, mother moving back to area, how do we start a motion in mercer county nj?

I'm not really sure what you are trying to do, but if you are going to file a motion, you should get an attorney. Otherwise, just go down to the court and explain to them what you want to do.

I assume you want to get more visitation, or perhaps even try to get primary custody. Either way, I would feel more comfortable giving detailed advice only after we discussed things in more detail.
