Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Custody

My boyfriend has joint custody. However, he has his two daughters at least 4 times a week and is documented. He has kept a log since 2005. His ex-wife wants to relocate to Arizona and he was just served court papers to appear in court. We live in New Jersey. Can you please give me laws and or examples and also how likely a judge would rule in her favor?

Re: Custody

You really need to sit down with an attorney to discuss this issues. It is very complicated and involved. There is no way we can predict anything without knowing more about the situation.
