Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am trying to get custody of my little brother, my parents are willing to sign him over to me and my husband, but we can not afford to fly all the way to New Jersey to go to a hearing before my parents leave the state. Is there anyway that we can get a judge to sign off on the custody without all four of us having to be at the hearing?

My suggestion would be to file a complaint for custody together with certifications from your parents as to theirr consent and aska Judge to sign a consent order. while there are no guarantees this is the direction I would take. Please contact my office to proceed.
