Custody ''change in circumstances''
My ex wife (custodial parent) lives in Ontario, Canada. My 2 children lives with her while I (non-custodial parent) live in the US. I recently found out that my ex wife lost custody of her child (out of wedlock)from a previous relationship (which happened two years ago). She got married last year. her current husband caught her having 2 extra marital affairs in the past six months (her current husband is contemplating to file an adultery case against her). Does this constitue ''major change in circumstances''? can i petition the Ontario court for a change of custody so as to protect the children from imminent trauma that another ''break-up'' make cause?

It is not possible to give you a definite answer without really looking into it. Sounds like she is unstable, clearly. How old are the kids? What is your situation? Do the kids have any problems?
