custody

under what grounds do the courts find the mother not able to keep her kids in the home with her after she has had them with her there whole lives and the father has done nothing for them and now wants them in his home?

Contested custody cases are messy, and the ultimate decision of where the children will go has a lot to do with the age of the childrn and some very specific information about the parents.

Have you consulted an attorney? It sounds like the Father has....
