Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
custody order
My ex-wife will not agree on the custody order which was issued few months ago. My attorney would not do anything to enforce it due to non-payment of his fees. I don't have a lot of money to hire a new attorney and bring him/her up to speed. what can I do?

Re: custody order
The only thing you can do is to go to court by yourself.

Re: custody order
If you can't retain an attorney then you have to do the Enforcement proceeding yourself.
