custody

my ex and i share custody of our doughter, can he get full custody if my work schedule changes? also i have been dating a man who is seperated will that affect the outcome of my custody?

When it comes to family court, anything is possible. Your work schedule is the biggest factor here but there are many others. I suggest you consult with an attorney if a motion is filed.

Custody is determined on the basis of what is in the best interestof the child. Dating married man who is separated from his wife is only important to the extent that your conduct has some impact on your child. If you work schedule changes and you are unable to care properly for your child that COURT be a problem.
