Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Custody-relocation

I have two situations. I am from Atlanta, Ga and it is where my son was born and lived for the first year of his life. His father lived in Nj the whole time. I moved to NJ to be closer to my mom 6 yrs ago. My sons father has had sporadic interest in him. I plan to move back to GA in Feb. with my boyfriend and his 15 year old son. My son is 7. Both parents were fine with the move and we put money down on the house. Now they are both trying to fight it. My boyfriends son has lived here all his life but lived back and forth between parents and he wants to come with us. I filed papers but court is over 2 mths away. Do we have a leg to stand on? I don't want to lose the house and we really can't ever see getting anywhere in NJ.

Re: Custody-relocation

If you filed the papers yourself to save money you have a fool for an attorney. This motion which you have filed is important consequences.

If you have an attorney rely upon that attorney's advice as to your chances.

Call me if you like.
