Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

dad wants to kick out 18yr old daughter/she is still in high school

the above says it all this can not be legal. i am the mom and am in the process of moving to fla., she wanted to stay and graduate with her friends of which she has known since kindegarden. she is 18 in dec., this can not be legal for him to tell her to get out of his apartment. we went to court before this, i wanted for both of my girls to come to fla and the judge said they could they could stay with there friends...that is what it mostly boils down to. he fought for them both and now wants her out of his apt. she is still in high school, throughing her out of the apartment ....this can't be legal.

If he throws her out he will be in violation of the law; he is obligated to support her through high school and if she attends school, full time, thereafter he is required to provide support as to tuition and board to the extent that he is financially able.
