my daughter is living with her mom in another state but has been back and forth with her new husband causing our daughter to move and change school alot now im seeking custody and after 11 years she is saying she is not mine can she in foce a paternity test after 11 years

The Family Part is a part of the Chancery Division and is required to be guided by principles of fairness. Your not being her father will not necessarily terminate your parental rights and obligations.
