Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My daughter is 13 and no longer wants to go with her father every other weekend. She has valid reasons: she's not comfortable with his new girlfriend, the girlfriend's 17-year-old daughter is a pothead, and her father pretty much lets her sit on the sofa watching TV while he does chores. She is missing out on time with her friends, sports, church activities, etc. We live in Camden County, he lives in Mongomery County, PA. We have never had a formal agreement, and he has never consistently had overnights (maybe 20 total in her life). He is now demanding Fri-Sun since she doesn't want to go at all. Is there a chance a judge will listen to her?
