Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
My daughter just turned 18. She has to repeat her senior year but has chosen to sign herself out and potentially get her GED. Don't know when she plans for GED if at all (focused on working). Also although the mother and I have joint custody, she has chosen to move my daughter to CT without my nor the courts knowledge or permission. My question is .....are one or both of these actions cause for me to emancipate from my daughter and stop paying child support. Thank you.

It sounds like you should be filing a motion to emancipate her. Call me at 732/773/2768 to discuss
