Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Hello, my daughters father has taken me to court 2 times over the past 6 months to decrease child support that he does not even pay; however, he does not show up to court. He is taking me again this Thursday. If he does not show up again, are there any motions or anything I can file to prevent him from being able to continue to do this?
