Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My daughters father took her from my home

My daughter was having a mental episode last night and called her dad who came and got her while I was packing her bags to take her to the mental clinic for eval. My son was watching her sit on the front porch when he came and when my son said he was coming to get me because he didnt know if it was ok for her to go with her dad her dad said no dont and left with her. She was gone before I knew it. I drove to his house to advise him she needed togo for a mental eval and he said no so I called the cops who said there was nothing they could do even though I have residential custody order and he came and got her at a time not mandated by court order. I need help FAST! He is now making accusations against me and he had refused last night to take her for an eval even though she was threatening suicide at the age of 9. She needs help and I don't think they are going to get the right kind for her.

You need to hire an attorney to show cause why emergent relief should not be granted.
