Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

my daughters father pays me child support and pays for another child but now lives with the child and her mother but is still paying, is this effecting my payments because the courts show him paying another case also he is a convicted felon who spent 5 years in prison, and when he got out we went to the arrangement we had before he went to jail every other weekend and it has been like that for the past three years well now he is taking me to court for holidays and he still wants his every other weekend but also is trying to get my fridays to my sat nights, is that fair arent i entitled to a full weekend regardless that she lives with me
