Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My daughters father is being represented in court by a lawyer that both his mother and sister work for and have had personal dealings with in the past. I am wondering if this is considered a conflict of interest as there are parts of the case that is not supposed to be disclosed to parties outside of the parents / legal council.
