Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

If my daughters mother and i relocated together to new jersey from california with my daughter and the mother has established residency in new jersey and I the father have Joint legal custody of the child that was granted in california,can the mother leave the state we currentley live in with my daughter without my permission?
