Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

The day my divorce was finalized my wife legally changed her name back to her maiden name but she still uses her married name. I do not want her using my name can I file a motion to stop her from using my name?

If she has legally changed her name back to her maiden name she should not be using her married name because it is no longer her legal name.
