Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
dead beat parents rights?
I have a restraining order against my kid's father. He currently has atleast 2 warrants for his arrest and is $10,000 in arrears for child support. He has had supervised visitation for about 10 months and has yet to sign up for his time with the children. I'm almost finished school and was hoping to move to Indiana this summer. Will I be able to this and if so what steps should I take?

An attorney may help you with applying to the Court for permission to leave the state of New Jersey.
