Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Dead line for ROGS and Discovery

On July 2nd, 2002, my wife filed for Divorce. On Sept. 5th, 2002 I answered the complaint. On January 15th, 2003, her attorney sent me 328 Child Custody and Matrimonial Interrogatories and also sent me a ''Notice to Produce'' 81 seperate requests for information. NJ Rule 4:17-2 sets time limits for Interrogatory requests. It appears any such request should have been made within 40 days (by October 14th, 2002) of my response to the Divorce Complaint.

Is this correct, and if so, are they entitled to any of this information since they missed the deadline and no request for an extension was ever made?
