Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

december 2010 i filed to have my sons visitation with his dad modified..judge decided not to modify yet..i filed for reconsideration with more evidence then i got a summons directed at us both me as plaintiff him as defendant for a civi action summons for modification for february...does this seem like what im asking for will be granted?

Sounds like you don't have an attorney. As a result, you are probably not doing this right. I would have an attorney help you with all of this.
