Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
CS Deductions
Allow me to rephrase this question: I have 2 existing CS orders from AZ. One of these has been transferred to NJ, and the other still in AZ. Both of these order assignments have been taken from my paycheck, but in addition, AZ has sent the original assignment (failing to recognize the transfer) again to my employer. Now, my paycheck shows 3 CS deductions, instead of 2. How can I resolve this? Also, By Law, up to what percentage is allowed to be deducted from an individuals pay at once (after calculating the total from all CS obligations)(ie..50% for CS out of the total gross or net)?

Re: CS Deductions
You clearly need a lawyer, not some casual advice over the internet. two wage orders, and one of them taken out twice, is not something you want to just let go.
Find a divorce attorney reasonably near you, and go hire that attorney to help you.
The limits on wage garnishment for child support are very very high. they can take much more than half in some cases. Go see a lawyer!

Somebody screwed up somewhere. You can't have two orders from two different states. It just doesn't work that way. Mr. Moore answered your last question and said that up to half of your check can be taken out. I've never run into that issue as my clients have always had the money to pay. I agree with Mr. Davies, you need an attorney to clear all this up ASAP. Feel free to give me a call at 732/247/3340. My initial consultations are always free.
God luck!
