Default Divorce Hearing
I am the Plaintiff and I am (Pro se) in this matter the Defendant failed to answer the Divorce papers i did obtain a Default Judgement now the defendant filed a request for relief based on issues. Finances and complaints of items he claims i took from our home also the defendant claims i did not serve him the divorce but I did with the sheriff Department the defendant does not provide any reasons or facts that i can see as to why he didnt answer the divorce or ask to set aside What can i provide to the judge to have the defendants request for relief denied

Well the default will be vacated. I don't think you have much to fight over there. With regard to the specific relief he wants, you can either settle it or go to trial. I don't think you can prevent this from going forward.
