If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it's a duck. Similarly, if it looks like you're living together, then it's cohabitation. Are his clothes in your closet? Does he sleep there? Does he eat there? Does he get his mail there? You get the idea. All of these factors would indicate whether there is a cohabitation or not.
