Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I want to get my deleted text messages from the AT&T cell phone carrier to use against my wife. AT&T claims they don't have them, but I still see the transactions when I log in to my cell phone account. I heard there has to be a court order to do this.

Yeah, this could be a real pain. I would speak to your attorney about this but you may need a court order.
