Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Dersertion of wife and children by husband

My husband moved out of our home and did not tell us where he is staying. He left us with no food or money. What are my rights. Who do I contact for help. We have two children aged 1 and 3.

to do it without a lawyer, you can go to the family court in the county in which you live. there you file for custody and child support.

there will be a hearing, and the judge will issue a court order for what you are asking. many times, people want a lawyer to be there with them through the process.

you may also be eligible for welfare...contact you local welfare office to find out.

also, you can telephone me for a free consultation at 609 263-0089, if you have further questions. good luck - it's a complicated, and scary, situation.
