Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Devorce

I have received a sommons for a devorce and devorce complaint from the state of New Jersey. I live out of state and I can't afford an attorney but was informed that I make to much to get free legal representation. There is property involved and no children, she makes more that I do also. What can I do?

Call me so that we can discuss whether there is a fee that you can afford that I will accept for representing you in the divorce case.

Re: Devorce

Call an attorney or hit the library to learn how to do this yourself. Those are your only options that I see. It seems like Mr. Moore is willing to at least try to work something out with you.
